Level I
Reiki is an amazingly simple technique to learn, the ability to use Reiki is not taught in the usual sense, but is transferred to the student during a Reiki class. This ability is passed on during an "attunement" given by a Reiki Master and allows the student to tap into an unlimited supply of "life force energy" to improve one's health and enhance the quality of life.

Level II
Reiki Level II reviews Level I concepts and empowers the student with embedded symbols to add focus to the healing process at all levels and allows for distance healing.

Level III (Master)
Reiki Level III reviews Level I and II concepts and attunes the student to teaching level, giving two more symbols to use in Universal healing; the student also learns how to attune others.

Happy Skin: Natural Solutions to Love the Skin You're In
In this hands-on, "make-it-and-take-it" workshop, discover ways to use natural ingredients to create your own body products that will rival their commercial counterparts, and leave your skin healthy and feeling awesome (not to mention putting 'wholesome ingredients' into your body rather than the "icky" stuff)!
We will be making an all-natural deodorant together.

DIY Body Products Using All Natural Ingredients
In this hands-on, "make-it-and-take-it" workshop, discover ways to use natural ingredients to create your own body products such as deodorant, sugar and salt scrubs, facial toners based on skin type, shampoos and conditioners, lip balms, body butters, and more!
We will be making products based on host and participants' needs so communication between host and presenter is required prior to workshop to decide on ingredients needed.
